The Faith Regional Foundation exists
to support the mission of Faith Regional
Health Services—serving Christ by
providing all people with exemplary
medical services in an environment
of love and care. We work with indi-
viduals and businesses to nurture
their emotional and nancial invest-
ment in Faith Regional so that new
advances in patient care may be real-
ized. Financial donations are always
welcome, but we are proud to offer
additional programs that bene t
our patients, our employees and
our community.
Special ways to give
Our patients often ask how they can
express their appreciation for the re-
markable care they’ve received at Faith
Regional. Our Grateful Patient pro-
gram allows you to thank the doctors,
nurses and other members of your
health care team while supporting any
program or area of the hospital you
wish. When staff members are rec-
ognized, they receive a thank-you
card and gold star sh pin symbol-
izing how they make a difference
every day.
We also provide charitable
estate planning services at no cost
for donors, with the help of our
partner, Thompson and Associates.
To date, more than 50 clients have
taken advantage of this opportunity
to provide, within their estate, for
their loved ones and for charitable
organizations while reducing their
tax burden. Over 55 local, chari-
table organi-
zations have
bene ted
from estate
plans con-
structed through
Faith Regional
Health Services
and Thompson and Associates.
Any gift to the Faith Regional
Health Services Foundation is
100 percent controlled by the do-
nor. We are excited to have nearly
40 different funds, each support-
ing a speci c hospital department or
program from which our donors can
choose and decide where they want
their donation to have the most effect.
Of course, most donations are tax-
deductible and no fees are ever taken
from your gift.
