Faith Regional Health Services offers Health Connect, a secure online patient portal
that allows you 24/7 access to information about your visits to Faith Regional or any
Faith Regional physician practice.
If you’ve been a hospital patient or visited a Faith Regional physician, your visit
summary will be available on Health Connect within four days. Once you complete
the registration process via email or online, you will be able to log in and access
your account.
