This 12-week educational program
is focused on helping men and
women regain physical, emotional,
intellectual, psychological and
spiritual health after undergoing
treatment for cancer. Both classes
are designed for caregivers and
cancer survivors who have
completed their primary cancer
treatments.
DARKNESS TO LIGHT’S
STEWARDS OF CHILDREN

This prevention training program
teaches adults to prevent, recognize
and react responsibly to sexual abuse
of children. The program is designed
for organizations that serve youth
and for individuals concerned for

EDUCATION: LYMPHEDEMA

Join certified physical, occupational,
speech and cancer therapists to
learn more about lymphedema (swell-
ing) resulting from cancer treatment
and how to regain normal function.

CHILD ABUSE AND
NEGLECT 101: REPORTING
AND RESPONDING TO
CHILD ABUSE IN NEBRASKA

This workshop is designed to
promote proficiency among
mandatory reporters in identifying
and reporting child abuse and
neglect by helping them understand
what, when and how to report, as
well as explain what happens after
you make a report. Registration is

PREDIABETES CLASS

Free
Learn about prediabetes and what
lifestyle changes you can make to
prevent diabetes and other health
problems. Other topics covered
include healthy weight, nutrition,
cholesterol, high blood pressure
and glucose levels.
