Learn more about “A Time to Heal,”
a 12-week educational program
focused on helping cancer survivors
regain physical, emotional, intellectual,
psychological and spiritual health after
treatment. Lunch provided for those
who register.
PREDIABETES CLASS
Feb. 16 | 4 to 6 p.m.

Learn about prediabetes and what life-
style changes you can make to prevent
diabetes and other health problems.
Other topics covered include healthy
weight, nutrition, cholesterol, high
blood pressure and glucose levels.
A TIME TO HEAL
March 2 to May 18 (Mondays) | 4 to

This 12-week educational program
is focused on helping women re-
gain physical, emotional, intellectual,
psychological and spiritual health after
undergoing treatment (surgery, chemo
or radiation ) for breast cancer recently
or years ago. Caregivers are encour-
aged to attend. Registration required.

Feb. 2 to April 30
This health improvement program is
designed to help participants get fit
and have fun as they trace the famous
route of Route 66. Participants learn
how to make daily fitness a part of their
lifestyle. Visit

fitting by an American Cancer Society
volunteer. Breast prostheses and bras
are available at no cost to breast can-
cer survivors. Walk-ins welcome!
