Faith Regional Physician Services Urgent Care Open 7 days a week, Faith Regional Physician Services Urgent Care in Norfolk can treat medical issues that need quick attention but aren’t emer- gencies, such as: •  Sprains, strains, and cuts. •  Minor infections, rashes and sore throats. •  Minor broken bones. •  Colds, flus and earaches. •  Minor burns. •  Most acute care concerns and minor injuries. What if you can’t provide a diagnosis? We do our best to treat you online, but not every condition can be treated via Virtual Visit. If your health concern cannot be addressed through Virtual Visit, you may be directed to a clinic for care. If this is the case, you will not be charged for your Virtual Visit. Faith Regional Physician Services Virtual Visit Access Faith Regional Physician Services Virtual Visit’s quick, conve- nient, minor medical care from the comfort of your home—or any- where you can use a smartphone or computer. Get started. New users will need to create an account at faithregional.zipnosis.com . From there, you can complete an online health interview, which typically takes 5 to 15 minutes, to answer a series of questions about how you’re feeling and your symptoms. Get treatment. A provider will review your interview responses and create a treatment plan. If a prescrip- tion is part of your treatment plan, you’ll be able to send it to the phar- macy of your choice. Our providers will respond within one hour during oper- ating hours: •  Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. •  Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you complete a visit after hours, you will receive a response the next business day.
