Embracing change
For some people, making changes in their life or at their workplace can
feel unwelcome, overwhelming and exhausting. In this issue of
Living
Well
, we have provided a number of targeted articles that will shed light
on some challenges that you may be facing and offer up insight and tools
to help navigate those new waters.
If you have suddenly found yourself caring for a loved one with
Alzheimer’s, then you will want to read “Advice for Caregivers.” If you’re
uncomfortable talking to your doctor about sensitive health issues, then
