Regional Health Services’ online portal offers
you enhanced access to your health information
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can view your
medical history, discharge summaries, radiology
reports and lab work. Health Connect also pro-
vides you with the opportunity to confidently and
securely communicate with Faith Regional Health
Services or a Faith Regional Physician Services’
clinic, securely store and share medical infor-
mation as well as view your child’s or another
adult’s Health Connect account (with approval).

After a visit to Faith Regional Health Services or a Faith Regional
Physician Services’ clinic, an account is created for you. All
you need to do is go online to
frhs.organd click on “Health
Connect.” You’ll see a button to request an account. After answer-
ing a few questions to verify your information, you’ll be set to
connect to your health anytime.
