The new South Medical Office Building will transform the way you experience health care. BEAM BY BEAM, Faith Regional’s new South Medical Office Building grew by four stories over the past two years of construction. Now the doors are ready to be open to collaborative and convenient health care. Efficient by design The new multispecialty physician center is organized by key service lines offering multiple related health care services within a single, convenient space. The new build- ing not only accommodates current services, but also includes space to support future growth and expansion. Here are a few of our improve- ments, floor by floor: •  First floor: Outpatient surgical center—double the size of its current space. •  Second floor: Orthopedic- centered medical offices, imag- ing services and occupational therapists. •  Third floor: Multiple health care services for women and children, including pediatrics, obstetrics- gynecology, plastic surgery, breast surgery and mammography. •  Fourth floor: Surgical special- ties, including gastroenterology, general surgery, pain manage- ment and urology. Going the extra mile Patients and visitors can enjoy many other conveniences. Charging stations are located throughout the building, calming artwork reflects nature’s simplicity and large picture windows give expansive views of the surround- ing area. In addition, Faith Regional’s new Avenue Coffee Shop will be located on the first floor. Clinics and services will be relo- cated in phases to ensure that pa- tients needing to be seen before the end of the year are accommodated.
