FREEDOM FROM SMOKING Sept. 4 | 6 to 7 p.m. | Madison Room | $100 Participate in a step-by-step plan designed to help smokers gain control over their behavior and quit smoking. Participants are encouraged to work on the process and problems of quitting both individually and as part of a group. Class meets weekly for seven weeks. Registration is required.
