Health Connect is a secure patient portal
that allows you 24/7 access to information
about your visits to Faith Regional or any
Faith Regional Physician Services clinic. It
puts your care information together in one
secure place that makes it easy for you to
share with whomever you choose, including
doctors, family members and caregivers.
Instant access
By creating a Health Connect account, you
are able to access your information sooner,
instead of waiting on a call from your doc-
tor’s office. Health Connect also allows you
to use secure email and messaging to con-
tact Faith Regional and ask questions about
your information.
Health information you can see in your
account includes inpatient and outpatient
visit information, discharge summary docu-
ments, laboratory test results and radiology
reports (not including images).*
