On the other end of the spectrum is preventive health, also known as well care. This includes caring for your body by exercising, eating properly and meeting with your primary care physician on an annual basis (page 4). At these visits, you and your doctor can discuss your health goals, concerns and recommended screenings, such as a colonoscopy (page 10) or a DEXA scan (page 11).
